1. You will receive a Google Form that I will provide to you via DM or e-mail.

2. In the Google Form, you will select which eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and whether or not you want eyelashes and send it to me. If you choose to have button(s) sent to you, you will tell me the color you want for the background. You can give me a general color (red, blue, etc.) or a hex code (#FFCE30, #746ABO, etc.).

3. I will send you a picture of the base with your choices before sketching begins. Switching options is free, as long as it is done before sketching begins.

4. I will send you a sketch for you to approve before line work and coloring is done.

5. Once piece is complete, I will send you a digital copy for you to approve. If I get a color wrong (skin tone, etc.), please let me know. I will change something like that for free.

6. Once the final piece is approved, I will send you an HD version via e-mail.

7. If you order buttons and/or stickers, I will send you an e-mail or DM (whichever you prefer) after I shipped them out with your tracking number. If the package goes missing, please alert me before sending a PayPal dispute. There is not a lot I can do once the package is in the mail, but I will see what I can do.

8. Shipping prices will be calculated by me before any payment is done. You must be comfortable sending me your zip/postal code for calculation. If you selected to just receive the artwork, no shipping will be done, and no shipping prices will be calculated.

-Only for the client's OCs (Original Characters). If the character commissioned is discovered to not be an OC all work will be halted and deleted, client will be blacklisted, and no refund will be given. OCs include:

--Characters originally created and designed by client

--Customized video game character/avatar (Fire Emblem MU, FFXIV WOL, etc.)

--Fandom OCs (Original characters that exist within a preestablished universe/story) are included.

-Stickers and button prices are add-ons to the base price and DO NOT include shipping

-Prices are in USD

-Characters must have a visual reference (a sketch, picrew, etc. count)

-No NSFW, furries, or overly complicated armor

-Payment will be done through PayPal only 

-Full payment will be done up front 

-Not for resale or commercial use (including but not limited to NFTs, minting, anything crypto

related)

-No refunds 

-I have the right to use commissioned work as samples & have them in my portfolio 

-If you request major revisions after the approved sketch, it will cost an extra 20% per revision 

--Revision(s) will not be started until revision(s) invoice(s) is/are paid

-Any revisions to the base (different mouth, different eyes, different eyebrows, different ears, etc.) will add an extra $5-$10 depending on complexity and detail

-If client chooses to receive stickers and/or buttons, they will be shipped to client.

--You will be provided with a tracking number. If the package goes missing, or anything similar happens, please contact me before submitting a PayPal dispute. I will do what I can. Please note however that once the package goes out for shipment, there will be little I can do. 

--I will calculate shipping cost before any payment is done. You must be comfortable with providing me your zip/postal code for accurate calculation.

--Packages are shipped from the USA. If I cannot ship it to you from the USA, I cannot offer you this option. Apologies in advance.

--You must be comfortable with sending me your mailing address if you want me to ship items to you.

-If client chooses to just receive the drawing, the drawing will be digital, and thus nothing will be shipped.

-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason
